1	plans a specific time to study.
2	asks questions when he or she doesn’t understand.
3	practices English at a computer lab or on a computer at home.
4	watches movies or TV in English (with subtitles).
5	speaks English some of the time with friends and family.
6	reads English books
7	listens to English language music and stories and news.
8	listens to podcasts on a computer or phone or Ipod/MP3 player. You can get podcasts at the Apple Store, on Google Play or on Stitcher -- all are free! Look through the list and find a subject that you are interested in.  (Check out these podcasts:  This American Life, The Moth, Snap Judgement.
